- Cut paneer into 1 inch cubes. Mix maida,cornflour, rice flour,ginger garlic paste,chat masala, garam masala,salt,red chilli powder, coriander powder,food colour in a bowl. Add water and make a semi liquid batter. Add paneer cubes and mix well. Heat oil for deep frying and place 5-6 paneer coated pieces one by one and let it fry for 2-3 minutes in medium flame until they turn golden brown and take them on a absorb paper. Take a pan and add 1tbsp of oil and mustard,cumin and chopped onion saute well and sprinkle this on the fried paneer and serve hot.
