  • Paneer
  • Maida
  • Rice flour
  • Cornflour
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Egg or baking soda
  • Lemon juice
  • Red chilly sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Garlic (chopped)
  • Green chillies
  • Capsicum (diced)
  • Onion (Quartered)
  • Spring onion (chopped)
  • Dried red chillies
  • Coriander leaves
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green chilli sauce

  • Vinegar
  • Tomato sauce
  • Crushed black pepper

  • Corn flour

  • Heat oil (I use sesame oil), add chopped garlic, green chilli, red chilli, stir fry briefly.

  • Add, white portion of spring onions, capsicum and onions, stir fry for a couple of minutes, till slightly tender. Don’t cover the pan or wok. We need vegetables to stay crisp.
  • Add salt, pepper and sauce mixture. Mix well.
  • Add fried paneer. Toss well to coat the paneer pieces with sauces.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds, dhaniya and spring onion.
