Ingredients

  • Boiled Corn 200 gms
  • Crumpled Paneer 200 Gms
  • Ginger and green chillies Paste 1 Tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves 1/2 Cup
  • Besan/Gram Flour 2-3 Tbsp
  • Haldi/Turmeric 1/2 Tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 3/4 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Boil the corn kernels, dry it well and coarse crush in mixer jar(Dardara grind karna hai)
  • Mix all the above ingredients well.
  • Shape them in tikki shape and deep fry them till golden brown in colour.

Notes/Tips

Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney
