- In pan heat the butter and oil, add whole spices, ginger, Chilli, garlic, onion and tomatoes and cook it completely by adding salt and water. Cool at room temperature and make a fine paste and sieve it
- In another pan heat oil and butter add cumin seeds and above paste and all the other ingredients in it and cook for 10-15 minutes
- Garnish with coriander and serve it hot with roti, paratha, Naan or kulcha.
