- Grind all the dry ingredients.
- Add grated paneer and flour.
- Add little water and mix well.
- Use more water as needed to make a semi-thick batter.
- Make sure the batter is not very thick.
- Take a pan heat refined oil for frying malpua.
- Fry the malpua one by one until golden brown.
- Flip and fry on the other side as well.
- Malpua is ready
