Ingredients

  • 1 Bowl grated paneer
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 5-6 cashew nuts
  • 5-6 almonds
  • 1 tsp pistachios
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  • Grind all the dry ingredients.
  • Add grated paneer and flour.
  • Add little water and mix well.
  • Use more water as needed to make a semi-thick batter.
  • Make sure the batter is not very thick.
  • Take a pan heat refined oil for frying malpua.
  • Fry the malpua one by one until golden brown.
  • Flip and fry on the other side as well.
  • Malpua is ready
