- Take besan, rice flour, ajwain, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander, coriander powder. Mix with a spoon. Now add water slowly. Check the consistency of the batter. It should be neither too thick nor too runny.Keep it aside for 10-20 min.After 10min add baking powder to it and mix properly.
- Chopped paneer into your desired shape. Sprinkle salt and black pepper powder and rub nicely on paneer. Add paneer to the bead an batter. Coat it nicely with besan batter.
- Heat mustard oil in a pan/ kadhai. Add paneer to the hot oil and fry it on medium flame. Serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup, sprinkle chat masala on pakora before serving.
