Ingredients

  • 250 grm paneer cubs
  • 1/2 cup besan
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp chat masala
  • as required Few drops lemon juice
  • as per need Some coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp cumin coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch baking soda
  • as required Oil for fry

Instructions

  • Take a bowl add 1 pinch salt and red chili pawder lemon juice mix well and keep aside for 20minutes
  • Take a pan add besan salt and red chili pawder coriander cumin powder chat masala mix well and keep aside for 20minutes
  • Now add rice flour mix well and add baking soda mix and add coriander leaves mix well and mix marinate paneer cubes
  • Take a pan add oil heat and fry paneer cubs transfer into serving plate

Notes/Tips

Ready to serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney
