Ingredients

  • 150 g paneer chopped in cubes
  • Brocoli 4 florets
  • 1/2 cucumber chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped remove seeds
  • 1 egg boiled cut into cube remove yellow part
  • 1 tbs Watermelon seeds
  • 1 tbs almond sliced
  • Few pudina leaves chopped
  • Few coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black peper powder
  • 1/2 capcicum choped in cubes
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Clean and cut all paneer and vegetables and egg.
  • Take a bowl mix all except olive oil lemon and peper add jalpeno or olives it gives wonderful taste.
  • For dressing 1 tsp black pepper olive oil and lemon juice ready it and mix only when u serve the salad.
