- Take a paneer cut it into length size. In a pan add oil, carom seeds, chili flakes, ginger, garlic, mix it and cook until raw flavor is gone. Then add gram flour, mix it and cook until color changes transfer into a bowl. In this add garam masala, chili powder, salt, kasuri methi powder, sugar, lemon juice, water mix it like a paste and coat the paneer. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan add coated panner pieces and fry it. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
