- Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, onions, turmeric powder and saute it till they are transparent. Add chopped capsicum, yellow bell pepper, chopped green chilies, chopped tomatoes (remove seeds), salt and mix it well. Then season it with jeera powder, garam masala powder, chopped paneer and let it cook by stirring occasionally. At last, add chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame. Squeeze lime juice on top. Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve.
