Ingredients

  • 100 grams cottage cheese
  • 200 grams paneer
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 3 Chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  • Pinch Hing
  • As Per Taste Salt

Instructions

  • Roughly crush paneer
  • Take oil in a kadhai at first add Hing and jeera, allow it to crackle, gradually add onion and chilies.
  • After frying for 2 minutes add all dry masala including salt, gradually add two kinds of paneer, mix all this together add chopped coriander, and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes.
