  • Kasuri methi
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cardamom, green chillies and let it splutter. Now add, ginger garlic paste and onion paste. Cook until onion paste gets little brownish in colour. Add tomato puree and cook for 3-5 minutes. Then add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and saute for a minute. Add water and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add cubed onions and paneer into the gravy, cover the lid and cook for 5 mins again. Now add kasoori methi and mix well.
