Instructions

  • Boil the rice till it's halfway cooked using the ingredients rice,water, oil,cinnamon,cloves,bay leaf,salt. Drain the rice and keep it aside Now, take a large pan and heat the oil Add 1 medium onion and deep fry it. remove it from the pan and keep it aside. Next, in the same pan, add, bay leaf, star anise, cardamom, cinnamon, clove,star anise, black stone flower, dried kapok bud Add the chopped onions and cook till its golden brown Add ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell goes off Add coriander and mint leaves. Now add kashmiri red chilli, pepper, turmeric, salt, garam masala and some water. Cook till the oil gets separated from the masala Next add lime juice and then curd. Close the lid and cook till oil separates Add paneer and mix well. Now close and cook for 2 min Finally layering. Now, add the half-cooked rice evenly. Next add coriander, mint leaves, butter, fried onions and some garam masala. Cook it for 10 minutes in medium flame till the rice is completely cooked Now open the lid and fluff the rice from the corners. Serve hot.
