Ingredients

  • 100 gm paneer 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 tbsp maida 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs to taste Salt
  • as required Oil for frying

Instructions

  • Cut paneer into finger sized pieces.
  • Add chilli powder.,salt, turmeric and black pepper.
  • Toss this and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  • For batter mix cornflour, maida, salt and black pepper with some water in thick consistency. Take bread crumbs in a plate.
  • Dip the paneer fingers in the batter and coat with bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry the fingers till golden.
  • Serve hot and enjoy as starter.
