- Cut paneer into finger sized pieces.
- Add chilli powder.,salt, turmeric and black pepper.
- Toss this and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- For batter mix cornflour, maida, salt and black pepper with some water in thick consistency. Take bread crumbs in a plate.
- Dip the paneer fingers in the batter and coat with bread crumbs.
- Deep fry the fingers till golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy as starter.
