Ingredients

  • Mashed paneer
  • Gulkand
  • milk powder
  • Milk
  • Condensed milk
  • Rose syrup
  • Dry fruits

Instructions

  • Add mashed paneer into the mixing bowl .
  • Then add milk powder and condensed milk into paneer .
  • Add 1 tsp rose syrup into the bowl .
  • Then add 1-2 tbsp of milk into the mixture .
  • Mix all the ingredients and form a dough .
  • Cut Small lemon sized pieces of dough and roll into a ladoo form.
  • Flatten the ladoo a little and fill the gulkand filling in it.
  • Roll the ladoo once again so that the gulkand filling is in the middle .
  • Ladoos are ready top them with dry fruits of your choice .

Notes/Tips

You can also add shredded coconut into the recipe .
