Paneer in coconut gravy

  • Coriander
  • Curry leaves
  • Garam masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Green chillies
  • Turmeric powder
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • Oil
  • Milk
  • Paneer
  • Ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in the pan and add cumin, mustard seed ,curry leaves saute it well then add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes stir it well cook it for 2 min adding pinch of salt to it. Now add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala mix it well and add paneer, let it cook for 10 to 15 min in medium heat until the gravy get separated from oil.Than add the coconut milk bring it first boil and finish it with coriander leaves. Serve.
