Paneer momo stuffing on a cloth ready to be squeezed to drain water. Mix all purpose flour and water to form slurry. Take portion of dough and make a round disc. Put the all purpose slurry around the edge of the wrapper. Spoon 1 tbsp of filling in center and close. Set up a steamer to steam momos for about 12-13 minutes. Cover and steam. Paneer momos in a steamer. Once the momos are translucent. Serve with chutney
