- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan to cook rice of 1 cup. Once it boils, add rice and cook it. Heat oil in another pan, add whole garam masala spices, carrot cubes, mint leaves, curd and cook it well. Then add rose water, paneer cubes, fry for a minute. After that add boiling rice to it by sprinkling brown onion on top and cook it. To it even add capsicum cubes, saffron water and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame then reduce to low flame for 10 minutes. Switch off the flame. Later after 5 minutes, serve it hot.
