Ingredients

  • 200 grm paneer 1/2 hung curd 4 pods garlic
  • 1 inch ginger 8,10mint leaves 2 green chilli
  • 4 onions paste 2 tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder 1/4 tbs turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste Oil
  • 1 / 4tbsp cumin seed 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder

Instructions

  • For marination. Take curd chilli ginger garlic mint and 1pinch salt and make smooth paste and marinate paneer and keep aside for 20min after words shallow fry paneer
  • For gravy heat a pan,add oil in it,add ginger garlic paste,add cumins and green chilli crackle it,Now add,onion paste, cook till onion change it colour,now add turmeric powder red chilli powder coriander mix it add tomato purée cook till oil came out now add paneer add salt mix well cook 2min
  • Now off the flame done serve hot enjoy with roti or paratha
