- Peel out the fresh ash gourd and cut into small pieces.
- Take a pressure cooker, pour chopped ash gourd, turmeric powder & salt
- Cook it till one whistle comes.
- Then take a kadhai, and add mustard oil.
- When oil heats up, add mustard seeds, 2 whole red chilli,crushed garlic & saute until the raw smell goes away.
- Then add mustard paste and saute it.
- Add the boil ash gourd & cook it for 10 mins
- Turn off the flame & serve it in a bowl
