Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg potatoes-boiled, peeled, mashed smooth
  • 2 whole red chillies
  • 1 piece bay leaf
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • As taste salt
  • 1 tsp imli pulp
  • 3 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp hing

Instructions

  • Mix mashed potato and water in a pan and put imli pulp,salt,bay leaf and put the pan on high flame, till boil stir continuosly cook for 10 min and off the flame and keep aside.
  • Now make temper heat a wok and put ghee heeng,jeera and red chilli and let crakle it and put this temper in prepared kadhi.
  • Enjoy with plain or stuff paratha.
