  • 1Cup sweet Curd
  • 1piece saffron mango(Kesar mango)
  • 1CupSugar
  • 1/2tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 1/4Cup yourt cream (Malai)
  • 2tsp chopped almonds
  • 7 to 8 pieces of ice cubes.

Instructions

  • First We will gather all the ingredients.
  • Now We will cut the mango in the mixer grinder and put it. Then add sugar.
  • Now We will prepare a paste by griender Cardamom Powder and ice cubes.
  • Now We will grind the mango paste by adding curd.
  • Take our Punjabi Mango lassi is ready.
  • Now We will pour the Mango lassi in the glass.
  • Then serve by adding cream and pieces of chopped almonds on top.
  • Enjoy drinking Punjabi Mango lassi in a cool Punjabi style.đź‘Ťđź‘Ť

Notes/Tips

Lassi is very tasty to drink cold and mangoes are also available in this summer. So mango lassi drink is made.??
