- Add 5gms of gelatine (or 2-3 tablespoons) of gelatine to one cup of water.
- Keep it aside for sometime. After 10 minutes when the water begins to thicken a little bit, by double boiling system, keep the water on the gas and stir it continuously. It will help thicken the mixture quickly.
- Take the dahi in a bowl. Add the Sugar to it and mix them thoroughly.
- Add a few drops of vanilla essence to it
- Now, add the gelatine to the whole dahi mixture and make it a homogeneous paste.
- Pour the whole mix in bowl and refrigerat it for 15 minutes. Your panna cottas are ready to serve
