- Firstly grate the panner. With the help of chopper chop the onion, tomato and capsicum individually even make ginger garlic chilli paste.
- Now in pan heat the butter and oil add cumin seeds, ginger garlic chilli paste and onion, saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add the tomatoes and capsicum and all the seasoning and cook till oil and butter is released.
- Then add panner and cook for a while, add water to adjust the consistency.
- Finally add kasuri methi and lemon juice and off the flame.
- Garnish:- fresh coriander and serve it hot with paratha, achaar and masala onion.
