  • Paneer
  • Tomatoes
  • Capsicum
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Hing
  • Cumin seeds
  • Turmeric powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Pavbhaji masala
  • Kasuri methi
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Cheese cubes
  • Fresh coriander
  • Onion
  • Ginger garlic chilli paste

Instructions

  • Firstly grate the panner. With the help of chopper chop the onion, tomato and capsicum individually even make ginger garlic chilli paste.
  • Now in pan heat the butter and oil add cumin seeds, ginger garlic chilli paste and onion, saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Now add the tomatoes and capsicum and all the seasoning and cook till oil and butter is released.
  • Then add panner and cook for a while, add water to adjust the consistency.
  • Finally add kasuri methi and lemon juice and off the flame.
  • Garnish:- fresh coriander and serve it hot with paratha, achaar and masala onion.
