- Firstly, in a large bowl take thick curd
- Further add in turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, tsp cumin powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, chaat masala, ginger – garlic paste.
- Furthermore add of roasted besan, lemon juice and salt
- Mix till all the spices are combined well with curd
- Now add onion petals, cubed capsicum and cubes paneer. Also add 1 tsp of oil. Mix gently
- Furthermore, to marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
- After marination, insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onions into wooden skewers
- Further, roast it on a hot grill pan. Also spread a tsp of oil over the tikka.
- Roast on medium flame and keep rotating in between. Roast all sides, making sure it doesn’t burnt
- Finally, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve paneer tikka immediately. With green chutney and onion salad.
