  • 1/2 cup thick curd
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli 1/3 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp gi
  • 1 tsp ginger - garlic paste 2 tsp gram flour (dry
  • 3 tsp oil 1/2 onions (petals) 1/2 capsicum cube
  • 200 paneer cubes

Instructions

  • Firstly, in a large bowl take thick curd
  • Further add in turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, tsp cumin powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, chaat masala, ginger – garlic paste.
  • Furthermore add of roasted besan, lemon juice and salt
  • Mix till all the spices are combined well with curd
  • Now add onion petals, cubed capsicum and cubes paneer. Also add 1 tsp of oil. Mix gently
  • Furthermore, to marinate, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • After marination, insert the marinated paneer, capsicum and onions into wooden skewers
  • Further, roast it on a hot grill pan. Also spread a tsp of oil over the tikka.
  • Roast on medium flame and keep rotating in between. Roast all sides, making sure it doesn’t burnt
  • Finally, sprinkle some chaat masala and serve paneer tikka immediately. With green chutney and onion salad.
