- Boil around 1/2ltr water with papad khar. let it cool & then strain it.
- In a big bowl mix both the flour, salt & crushed black pepper properly
- Then knead the dough very tight with cooled water
- Put some ghee & knead it again to smoothen it.
- Take small portion..roll it cylindrical & cut the loya
- Pour some ghee on the prepared Loya & mix it well with hand
- You can enjoy this by making papad tikri or roll it thinly to make papad
- Black pepper you can adjust less or more according to your taste.
