Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg Flour of Yellow moong dal
  • 1/2 kg flour of Urad dal
  • 50 gms Papad Khar (soda)
  • 50 gms Salt
  • 50 gms crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

Instructions

  • Boil around 1/2ltr water with papad khar. let it cool & then strain it.
  • In a big bowl mix both the flour, salt & crushed black pepper properly
  • Then knead the dough very tight with cooled water
  • Put some ghee & knead it again to smoothen it.
  • Take small portion..roll it cylindrical & cut the loya
  • Pour some ghee on the prepared Loya & mix it well with hand
  • You can enjoy this by making papad tikri or roll it thinly to make papad
  • Black pepper you can adjust less or more according to your taste.
