Ingredients

  • 2 c papaya (diced)
  • 2 c heavy cream
  • 2 c milk
  • 1 c Condensed sweetened milk
  • 1/2 c powdered sugar (optional)_
  • 2 c milk cream powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Almonds, finely chopped,
  • 1 tiny mint sprig

Instructions

  • Make a checklist. Keep all the required ingredients close by.Remove the outer rind, and seeds. Dice the pulp into small pieces.
  • Add all ingredients (not almonds, and mint) to a blender jar, blend together for 3-4 minutes. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste. Taste the blended puree to see it meets with your level of sweetness, If you feel like blend with some powdered sugar before pouring it to containers for freezing.
  • Pour the cream mix into airtight containers, close the lid, and place the containers in the freezer. Ice cream will be ready in 4-5 hours. I froze overnight.
  • When you are ready to serve, take it out of the freezer. Dip the scooper in hot water; that would help to get a good scoop out of the ice cream. scoop out into a bowl, top with a tiny mint sprig or finely chopped almonds. Enjoy without feeling guilty. Eating is for pleasure
