  • hibiscus leaves
  • gram flour
  • rice flour
  • turmeric powder
  • red chilli powder
  • water
  • oil
  • grated raw papaya
  • cumin
  • ginger paste
  • green chilly
  • salt

Instructions

  • Heat the pan & add oil.. ✅add jeera & ginger paste ✅then add papaya, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt ✅Mix it well & cook it for 5 mins..
  • ✅in a bowl,add gram flour, rice flour,turmeric powder,chilli powder,salt & water ✅mix it well & make a thick batter..
  • ✅Heat the oil ✅Place a hibiscus leaf on a board & spread the papaya stuffing, then cover with another leaf.. ✅ dip it in the batter, make sure it is coated on the sides as well..
  • ✅drop it on hot oil & fry them in medium flame till they are crisp & golden brown.. ✅Serve it hot..
