Papaya Vanilla Ice cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cup papaya
  • 200 g Amul cream
  • 1 tbsp custard powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 drop vanilla essence
  • as required Few Dry fruits for garnishing

Instructions

  • In a mixie grinder add papaya, Amul cream, condensed milk and grind it to smooth puree.
  • Add milk to the puree and blend it again for 1 minute. Transfer the puree into a container and add vanilla essence and dry fruits. Mix well.
  • Place the tray in the freezer until the ice cream is set, about 7-8 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Garnish papaya ice cream with tutti-fruity and serve chilled.
