  • Papaya
  • Mango
  • Chia seeds
  • Full cream milk
  • Honey

Instructions

  • In a good blender add chopped and frozen mango and papaya Add chilled milk and honey Give them a good blend until You get a smooth texture
  • In a serving glass add some chia seeds pour Smoothie and again top with some chia seeds. Your healthy Smoothie is ready.

Notes/Tips

Use good quality blender to get desired texture. Use of full cream milk is optional you go with low fat too. Frozen fruits and must for smoothies
