- In a mixie grinder add papaya, Amul cream, condensed milk and grind it to smooth puree.
- Add milk to the puree and blend it again for 1 minute.
- Transfer the puree into a container and add vanilla essence and dry fruits. Mix well.
- Place the tray in the freezer until the ice cream is set, about 7-8 hours in the refrigerator.
- Garnish papaya ice cream with tutti-fruity and serve chilled.
