Ingredients

  • 1cup normal rice
  • 1 cup Jaggery
  • Ghee 4 spoons
  • Water 4cups
  • Kaju, kiss mis10, cardamom eadable camphor 1 pin

Instructions

  • For 1 cup of rice add 3 cups of water and cook rice. Then mash it. In kadai pour 1spoon of ghee nd fry kaju ND kismiss keep aside. Now in kadai add 4spoons of ghee 1cup grated jaggery, 1/2 cup water nd cook until it boils now add cardamom pwd1spoon, eadable camphor1 pinch,ND cook until jaggery dissolves in it. Now add mashed rice ND cook until 20 minutes. Now remove from flame ND pour in serving bowl.and garnish with dry fruits. Now the delicious šŸ˜‹ Paramannam is ready to serve.

Notes/Tips

Serve hot. If u want to add milk u can but when paramannam is cool.
