  • Big potatoes 1 spoon suji 1 spoon
  • as required Oil
  • cornflour

Instructions

  • Cut potatoes in fingers shape and wash them properly. Take a bowl. Add potato slices. Add cornflour and suji. Mix well. Add salt and again mix.now fry on low flame till golden brown.crispy potato fingers are ready to eat..serve it with tomato or chilli ketchup.
