  • 500 g boiled Potatoes 1 onion 1 tomato
  • 2 green chilliessalt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Ginger

Instructions

  • In a kadhai.Add oil when hot add mustard seeds,jeera and hing When it crackles add onion.When it is translucent add ginger garlic paste. Cook for 5mins add boiled potato give it a stir add salt cook for 2 mins.Garnish with coriander leaves.Now it is ready.Serve with puri Now add tomato cook for 2mins add all the spices.
