  • Tomatoes

  • Garam masala

Instructions

  • Take a pan add 1 tablespoon of oil, when it is hot enough, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, mix well till transparent then add salt, ginger garlic paste, saute it. To it, even add turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, mix well. Now add chopped tomatoes also, cook on a very slow flame by closing it with a lid Remove the lid and add some water aftersome time, mix well. Later, add cauliflower, green peas and mix well. If need, add some more water and add once it comes to boil. Add vinegar diluted with water to it and without mixing frequently. Strain the milk curdled. Keep aside. Now add the curdled milk and mix very gently, add garam masala powder and switch off the flame. Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves chopped.
