Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gram flour
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Roasted Gram flour
  • 2 Chopped green chillies
  • 1 piece Chopped ginger
  • pinch Baking soda
  • Chopped Curry leaves
  • chopped coriander Leaves
  • As per taste Salt
  • as required water

Instructions

  • In a bowl add ghee, baking soda, all flour mix well. Add remaining ingredients and then add water little by little and make a chappathi dough.
  • From the dough take a portion make a lemon size balls.
  • In a pan add oil is heated add pattanam Pakoda 4 or 5 cook till golden in colour in slow flame. Pattanam Pakoda ready to serve.
