- Soak 1 cup of quick oats in 1/4 cup of water.
- ☕In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, saute 1 finely chopped onion. Add in 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- ☕Now put in 1/2 cup frozen peas(optional) and cook till soft..
- ☕Add in salt, red chilli, coriander, garam masala as per taste. ☕
- Add in soaked oats and 2 mashed potatoes.
- ☕Turn of the flame and let it cool. Apply oil on hands and form small tikkis. Add bread crumds if you face any difficulty in making tikkis.
- ☕Pan fry using 2 tblsppon oil till golden
