Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg potato
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1 /2 cup frozen peas
  • 2 table spoon oil
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
  • Salt 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tea spoon coriander powder & garam masala

Instructions

  • Soak 1 cup of quick oats in 1/4 cup of water.
  • ☕In a pan, heat 2 tsp oil, saute 1 finely chopped onion. Add in 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • ☕Now put in 1/2 cup frozen peas(optional) and cook till soft..
  • ☕Add in salt, red chilli, coriander, garam masala as per taste. ☕
  • Add in soaked oats and 2 mashed potatoes.
  • ☕Turn of the flame and let it cool. Apply oil on hands and form small tikkis. Add bread crumds if you face any difficulty in making tikkis.
  • ☕Pan fry using 2 tblsppon oil till golden
