- cut chilli, onion in small pieces mix with bhajani flour (contains all types of milets and grains and pluses and corinder seed and jeera which i made at home)add salt,sugar,haldi,mirchipowder,ajwin mix well and knead dough with water
- take small portion of dough and direct on tawa make rolti by hand pressing dough make holes and putooil in that and by sides rost from both side
- serve with butter and curd chatani or achar
