  • corinder leaves
  • thalipith bhajani(homemade by me)
  • ajwain
  • til
  • mirchi powder
  • haldi powder
  • salt
  • sugar
  • green chilli
  • oil
  • butter

Instructions

  • cut chilli, onion in small pieces mix with bhajani flour (contains all types of milets and grains and pluses and corinder seed and jeera which i made at home)add salt,sugar,haldi,mirchipowder,ajwin mix well and knead dough with water
  • take small portion of dough and direct on tawa make rolti by hand pressing dough make holes and putooil in that and by sides rost from both side
  • serve with butter and curd chatani or achar
