- In pressure cooker,add all vegetables (potatoes,cauliflower,capsicum,carrot),turmeric powder, water and salt and pressure cook it for 15-20minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a kadai, pour oil, add mustard seeds(rahi) , jeera, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions.
- Then Add all masalas(Turmeric powder,red chilly powder, pav bhaji masala) into it.
- Pour tomato puree(grind the peeled and cut tomatoes into the grinder) and cook for few minutes and stir till the oil oozes out.
- Lastly, add pressure cooked and mashed vegetables from the cooker into the kadai (if required then gently add water to adjust the consistency).
- Serve it hot by garnishing it with onions(chopped), butter/ghee, Coriander leaves(chopped).
