Plain flour 1 kg
Baking paper
Cocoa powder 400 gms
15 eggs
Caster sugar 1 kg
3 tsp vanilla essence,
Baking powder 3 tsp
Baking soda 1/2tsp
Butter 700 gm
Milk 200 ml
Vinegar 2 tsp
Cake tins

Instructions

Sift all the dry ingredients together and sieve through a couple of times
Add all liquid ingredients together, mix them both
Line a baking dish and bake for 1 hour 45 minutes at 180 degrees

Air inculcates in maida so sieve it
