- Take some peanuts and dry roast them. After that remove the skin of the peanuts.
- Take a kadhai or pan. Add some water and jaggery. Cook them on medium to high flame. When you see the tiny bubbles in your jaggery syrup then check the consistency. Take a bowl of water. Add some syrup, if it turns hard. It is ready, otherwise cook for more.
- Now add roasted peanuts in it and mix well. Then spread this mixture on a greased surface. Spread it immediately.
- Cut them into slices and leave it to cool down. After cooling, break them into pieces. Peanut chikki is ready.
