Ingredients

  • Roasted peanut
  • Jaggery
  • Baking soda

Instructions

  • First remove the husks of roasted peanut
  • Now take the jaggery in a pan and heat it on gas
  • Once the jaggery is melted add a pinch of baking soda mix well and cook for a while
  • Now add peanuts to it and mix well then put it on a plate up side down put three in it and weave the bed with a loom or you can roll it on the platform
  • Then grind it with a cutter and let it rest slightly then fill it in a box
  • A nutritious peanuts chikki is ready
