- Roast the peanuts, cut coconut into small pieces, add one piece of adrak and ingredients and grind them to a thick paste, not so runny paste
- For a tempting tadka, add 1 tsp oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal when it crackles add curry patta and dry red chilli. When the tadka is ready pour it to the chutney
- Serve it with any south Indian dish
