Ingredients

  • As required Peanut, 1 nariyal,
  • to taste salt to taste imli, adrak
  • 2 Green chilies, 1 tsp sabut jeera 1 tsp mustard s
  • 1 tsp mustard seed, 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 4-5 Few curry patra, 1 dry red chilli
  • 1/2 tsp chana dal

Instructions

  • Roast the peanuts, cut coconut into small pieces, add one piece of adrak and ingredients and grind them to a thick paste, not so runny paste
  • For a tempting tadka, add 1 tsp oil in a tadka pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal when it crackles add curry patta and dry red chilli. When the tadka is ready pour it to the chutney
  • Serve it with any south Indian dish
