Ingredients

  • Peanuts
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves
  • Cooked rice
  • Oil
  • Coconut
  • Turmeric powder

Instructions

  • Take a blender and add roasted peanuts, coconut pieces and blend into a fine powder. Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,salt and blend again. Take a pan and add oil, groundnut, curry leaves and saute well. Then add blended powder into it and add cooked rice. Mix well and serve.
