Ingredients

  • 1 big cup flattern rice or poha
  • 1 small cup fresh peas
  • 2 table spoon peanut
  • 2 table spoon oil
  • 1 tea spoon jeera, mustard seeds & garam masala
  • 1/2 tea spoon red chill & coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 2 red chill & some pieces of dry coconut
  • 2 table spoon catchup 1/2 piece lemon
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Dry roast peanut,jeera,sarso & red sabut chili. Keep them aside. Now in the same pan add oil,peas & dry spices.
  • Stir fty it till soft the peas,add catchup & roasted ingredients.
  • At that time wash & squeeze poha tightly.When masala get ready add coriander leaves & poha in it.
  • Mix all things very well. Now add lemon juice & coconut pieces. Cover it for2 to 3 min on low flame.
  • Now open the lid & serve it garam garam. Super tasty easy to cook,& flavor full snack is ready.
