  • Ghee
  • Almonds
  • Cashew
  • Edible gum
  • Walnut
  • Pistachio
  • Melon seeds
  • Saffron
  • Milk
  • Khuskhus
  • Dry ginger powder
  • Peepermaul powder
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • First of all , crush all dry fruits in to semi fine powder . Take one vessel ( kadai) .pour ghee in it and add coursely crushed edible gum and stirr it till golden brown.
  • Add milk in it and stirr continuously for 10 minutes. It will convert into mava form.
  • Add sugar and saffron and stirr it again for 1 minute.
  • Finally add coursely crushed dry fruits ,dry ginger powder , peepermaul powder and mix it well till gets medium thick consistency.
  • Finally serve in a serving plate and garnish with cashew , almonds, pistachios. Our super healthy , nutritious, delicious ped is ready to eat.

Notes/Tips

nonstick pan can be used instead of kadai.
