  • Curry leaves
  • Fennel seeds
  • Oil
  • Coriander powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coconut powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Tomato
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Corinader

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions, salt, cook this for 2 minutes till onions are transparent. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, saute it then add tomatoes, grated coconut, chili powder, coriander powder, mix this and cook it with closed lid for about 2 minutes. Let it cool down then put it in the blender and make a paste. Heat oil in a pan add fennel seeds, curry leaves, add chicken pieces, salt, saute it. For 2 minutes, then add crush pepper, prepared a paste of tomato, onion, coconut, mix it well and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes. Then add some more crushed pepper, chopped coriander leaves, mix it well. At last, put the lid on and let it cook for 5 more minutes, then switch off the flame. Serve hot with rice.
