  • Cooked rice
  • Pepper
  • Curry leaves
  • Onion
  • Mustard
  • Urad urad
  • Cashew
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Eggs

Instructions

  • heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan. Add mustard seeds and wait till they crackle. Add urad dal,eggs and sauté till eggs cook and begins to turn brown. Add finely chopped onions and curry leaves. Saute till the onions turn translucent. Once it is done, add the cashew nuts in the pan. Add freshly ground pepper powder and salt to taste. Mix well and let it cook for a minute or 2 minutes. Add cooked basmati rice and gently toss it to coat the rice well with the pepper-onion mix. Serve hot with onion.
