Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup urad dal
  • 1/4 cup chana dal
  • 1/4 cup moongdhal
  • 1/4 tur dal
  • 1 cup raw rice (you can use idly rice also)
  • 1/4 cup pirandai cleaned and roasted in desi ghee
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 spoon fennel seeds
  • 1/4 spoon asafoetida
  • 1 spoon pepper or you can use red chillers as per
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 1 garlic cloves

Instructions

  • Soak the rice, dal for fir 2-3 hrs
  • Grind coarsely
  • 3. Add perandai + ginger + garlic + pepper + salt, grind well as like addai batter
  • Transfer to the bowl
  • Check the salt /pepper taste
  • Rest well for 10 mints
  • make dosa and serve it Very healthy and highly protein breakfast
