- Take a large kadai n heat ghee in it.
- Add Makhana in it n roasted it in medium flame.
- Roasted it till get crispy in medium flame.
- Now remove all Makhana n add butter in same kadai.
- Add peri peri masala packet in it n mixed well.
- Add roasted Makhana in it n mixed well.
- Add salt to taste n mixed well.
- Peri peri Makhana is ready.
