  • Makhana
  • Peri peri masala
  • Ghee
  • Salt
  • Butter

Instructions

  • Take a large kadai n heat ghee in it.
  • Add Makhana in it n roasted it in medium flame.
  • Roasted it till get crispy in medium flame.
  • Now remove all Makhana n add butter in same kadai.
  • Add peri peri masala packet in it n mixed well.
  • Add roasted Makhana in it n mixed well.
  • Add salt to taste n mixed well.
  • Peri peri Makhana is ready.

Notes/Tips

Put it in air tite container.
